The pictures posted on website did not match the actual conditions of hotel. Bathroom had pealing paint. What appeared to be stains on head board. Tv remote did not work. Had to switch rooms and still was not any better. Only reason i stayed because i checked in late due to flight schedule

No one notified me when I booked the room that there were "inside" rooms and "outside" rooms. The outside rooms are completely run down, old, and neglected. I had to move to an inside room which was significantly more expensive. The inside room WAS nicer, but I may have booked elsewhere had it been shared from the beginning that I was booking a completely neglected room, and I mean neglected for years.

It was the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in very little maintenance drains clogged took forever to drain, TV was not working some stations froze and others did not work I could go on but time to take this one off your listing

In a word, outdated. While it was quiet, the place hasn’t seen any upgrades since the 80’s. It’s so outdated it seems sketchy at best. The one staff I dealt with was nice, check in was simple. Room seemed clean, but it was hard to tell because again, it’s so outdated. Probably won’t stay here again.

We never stayed. I cancelled both rooms months ago. We were away and came home Sunday. When we opened the mail we found 2 charges for $223.25 and $213.20. I don’t understand what went wrong. We are both 78 years old and can’t afford to lose this money. Can you please help us?

This hotel is okay but needs some updating. Customer service was fair to midland. Afternoon clerk was rude and not pleasant. Maid service is every other day. This is unacceptable. Paid good money to stay at this hotel and ever since COVID hotels try to get away with this. No coffee when needed. This simple task must be made available at all times.

It was the worst experience of my life. It had Rust ,mold , ceiling panels were falling down in bathroom! Doors had peeling paint. Remote control was taped which didn’t matter as tv didn’t work! Tried to charge my phone outlets pushed into wall! So phone didn’t charge ! Noise all night long. Heated didn’t work . Mattress was stained with some fluid I needed a fridge. Nope no fridge per the website ! Hair stuck to handrail in bathroom and bugs in tub! Desk clerk not interested had no personality !
