the refrigerator had mold and food particles in it. they were going to send someone to replace the unit. after 2 hours it was not replaced. we had to call again. they when we were ready to go to bed , we turned down the covers and the sheets were dirty. we then called for a supervisor and no one came up. i had to take pictures and bring to the front desk. we had our room changed. i told the girl at the front desk she needs to advise the housekeeping supervisor. i am very disappointed with Marriott hotels

CONDOM WRAPPER IN SHEETS!!! I know this is sounds like an urban legal, but I guess it actually happens :(. I also called ahead to make sure we could get a crib for my child who is entirely to young to sleep in a bed. I also asked about it at check in. Both people said it was no problem. I called the front desk (they did not call me) after dinner when there was still no crib and it was too late to find another hotel only to be informed there were no cribs left. We rearranged the room to box him in on the floor for the night. We found the wrapper when rearranging the room back the following morning.

I checked into my room a little after dinner on a week night after a very long day at work. My room smelled awful. The weather was reasonable, so I opened the windows and went downstairs for dinner. The lobby area is nice, and the bar staff was lovely, but the food was subpar. Around 9:45 I returned to the room only to find the smell still present. A friend of a friend commented that this hotel is old and the smell is probably due to the older carpeting. And as I walked around the room, it was obvious the carpet hadn’t been vacuumed. So I highly doubt it’s ever washed/cleaned. My company recently opened in the area, so it’s unfortunate this hotel is not better. I can’t recommend it.
