Very noisy as walls are thin. The shower leaked and we had to mop the floor. The room phone did not work properly and the fan in the room was very loud. If you are looking for a quiet room for a good night’s sleep, this is not the hotel for you.

We travel to the area frequently for sports tournaments and the Crowne is always our first choice for accommodations. We have a routine: sleep at the Crowne, hit Starbucks on the way to the competition venue, compete, repeat.

The first time we stayed here was bad but we thought perhaps it’s just us and gave it a second chance it was far worse. There were people drunk, fighting and smoking in the hallway, at 2am some women claiming to be security starts knocking on the door, when my husband opened the she asked if the clothes that were thrown all over the floor was ours, ripped up clothes from people fighting, while my husband was talking to this security woman some guy who was standing with her tried to push the door to our room open to get inside. There’s no cameras in the hallway, no actual security just two staff members at the front desk, it was frightening to stay there the next morning when we were checking out this “security” person was putting everyone’s invoices under the doors. We stopped her and confronted her about the night before and all she did was apologize. This place is poorly maintained and it’s absolutely not safe for anyone, we have filed a complaint with the parent company they’re lucky we’re not suing them.
