Do not stay there

The toilet didn’t flush, the staff was not very welcoming, and to top it off, at the room next door or on top of ours a couple was having crazy loud intercourse. We drove 8 hours and just needed a place to sleep, wake up early and keep driving, but this was atrocious.

Poor housekeeping service

The hotel is nice the staff is friendly and the location was perfect for us the only complaint i have is the housekeeping..it was never done for us even after requesting it several days in a row .we didnt have fresh towels or toilet paper ,we had to call down every night after a very long hot day , for clean towels and toilet paper in order to shower Our garbages were overflowing and we asked every morning for the room to be cleaned and it never was .it was very disappointing and soured our stay

Overall the facility was very nice. Breakfast buffet and staff were excellent. The room was clean, but the AC was extremely loud and you could hear water dripping in pipes in the wall. Also, the TV remote was not working and the TV randomly came on at 2am.
