We have visited this location at least five times, each time being greeted with hospitable, attentive staff at the front desk and other services. The layout of the building and the rooms is convenient and very comfortable. The breakfast is wonderful. So much fresh fruit and many choices. Such a convenient location next to a mall/movie theater/bookstore/restaurants. A shuttle is available to take you anywhere on an adjacent road offering large variety of restaurants and stores.We will be returning!

We were mistakenly assigned to the wrong room, but staff made that right immediately. We loved the social hour and our room was spacious and lovely. Also terrific breakfast. It's easy to lose the elevator there-- some signage would go a long way. Our bathroom had a strange door and the bottles in the shower are too high and shoot straight out-- hard to use for someone who is 5' 5". Also our bathtub faucet wouldn't shut off completely. Those nice bedside lamps and chargers failed to charge items. But basically everything else was great. Very happy. We will definitely return.
