The room was OK it didn’t look like a real King size bed the way it normally is also the fact that the pool is closed the whole weekend when people go out and they need something to review the trash by swimming indoors especially with the weather that we have in New York this is ridiculousBreakfast was disgusting they could’ve done way better than what they have done

I pulled into the parking lot greeted by massive dumpsters and a torn apart building. It does NOT look like this misleading picture on travelocity. All the curtains were closed. When I got to my room there was a message to leave curtains closed for privacy since they were working outside of the building on scaffolding. When I walked in the mason was working stoning a wall. The manager was NOT. apologetic for the construction or for amenities (pool/fitness room) that were not available. I was shocked to learn this when I arrived. She claimed it was on the web site. I only wish I had taken a picture of it to upload. The room was new and clean. However, this was not the Marriott experience I am accustomed too. I would say the manager was defensive. I am glad I only needed a one night stay. There was not a friendly welcoming atmosphere. I wouldn't return even after construction is completed. They made no attempt to make a difficult and awkward situation any easier. Given the sour atmosphere of the place, they should not even have remained open during this transition.

We are trying our best to ensure that all reservations systems as well as 3rd party booking systems are letting our guests know about the renovation that has been in effect since December of 2018. We have had this on our Marriott website since October of 2018. Again, my sincere apologies that this was not communicated to you.

Great rooms and near the Airport. There were good restaurants nearby and excellent shuttle service to the Airport.

Nice, clean, modern hotel close to airport with small, limited-menu restaurant on site. Arranged for next day free shuttle to airport but needed to remind them that morning before shuttle was actually brought around. Limited staff with multiple functions (e.g. at times one person responsible for desk, restaurant, phone, etc.)

ConvenientLocation,Spacious,Comfortable &Friendly

Pros: Neat, Spacious and friendly Staff
Cons: At Bistro, during breakfast hours people are in a hurry heading to different places, buffet would be better suited than an ordering at the counter.
Location: Nice and conveniently located from Airport, the City, Universities, Restaurants and Shopping.
Excellent ! Convenient Location, Spacious, Comfortable, Neat & a very Friendly Staff . Nice and conveniently located from Airport, the City, Universities, Restaurants and Shopping.
