The whole area needs updating. Bathroom clogs-shower. Toilet hardly flush. Sheets are scratchy. I don't want to stay there again. I have stayed in all Hilton brand hotels but I think this one really needs updating

Front desk employee Casey was awesome! Casey made the check in an absolute pleasure. Casey was welcoming, helpful and overall a great front desk person. The hotel above the first floor is in need of an updating. Outdated, smelly and old looking. Takes quite a bit of time to get hot water to come out of shower on the fifth floor.

While the staff was helpful and attentive, the place seems ragged and tired. Carpets worn and stained by many doors and even the elevator walls, looking like a car passed and splashed them with dirty water. Not a fresh feeling and no free breakfast to boot.
