First, they could not find my reservation and after they found it and I was put in a room, I was called back down because the room was already booked. Unreliable service.

The hotel had an emergency and hotel got evacuated on 1/22/19 when we went there to check in. No email notification to warn us ahead. We had to run around to book another hotel in the neighborhood where we wanted to stay.
