This hotel advertised "free breakfast" but did not honored it! we had to pay $25 for each of us. My hotel confirmation email said I would have to pay and extra $45 for the use of the beach, etc., but it rained all weekend and they still went ahead and charge us not 45 but $50. These people are possibly the worst experience I've had ever!!!

The view of ocean front room was nice and my mom askd me to come here every year. ^^ The restaurant food was really delicious!!!!! The shrim salad, clam pasta and the stakes highly recommended.

I really liked its Proximity to beach, boardwalk and restaurants. Servers at restaurant were excellent.

Waterfront hotel walk to everything

Not sure if it was the hotel or Travelocity but the room we booked was unavailable. It was very disappointing. The hotel did the right thing to accommodate us and were very friendly and professional in helping us. However the room we booked and the room we got were no comparison.

Pretty hotel on the beach

Pros: Literally right on the boardwalk, which is great. The rooms are very nice. Lobby and restaurant are pretty too.
Cons: The parking is awkward. The "Valet" area is right on the street, and it didn't appear to be manned when we arrived. We ended up parking ourselves.
Location: Beach is gorgeous but there's a fee to get on it. Jones Beach concerts are just 10 minutes away.
Very pretty hotel right on the boardwalk. Has kind of a Miami feel to it. Nothing wrong with it at all, very comfortable. For the price I kind of expected it to be a bit more upscale, but I guess for beachfront accomodations in NY it's what you pay. In fairness I'm not a big traveler so I may have outdated price expectations.

Street parking in Long beach is free and we do offer the valet as a convenience as we know if can be difficult to find parking in the summer. We look forward to your next stay with us.
