The location was ideal for me, the convenience of having Burger King, Popeyes, Chick-fil-A, Wing Stop and IHOP in walking distance. The room is a bit dated but clean.

A decent stay at The Five Towns for and early JFK flight. Breakfast starts at 6am so we didn't get to experience it. There are shops close by including chemists, TJ Maxx and supermarket. Good for an airport hotel, some noise with people arriving late at night which is understandable. Airport shuttle was ideal. One real complaint, the bed was squeaky which is a sign of age of some of the fittings and furniture.

We cant believe the reviews on Expedia, they are not accurate. This place is nothing like the pictures, its dirty, old, and out dated. It says its 9mins from JFK, it was actually 35mins. If you want a comfortable nights stay or an enjoyable experience, this isn't it. Free Parking is great but not worth it the savings.

Hotel was under remodel, while areas were being updated our room wasn't and you can feel the age of the room as the furniture was dated and the chair was uncomfortable, bed was worn. Staff was very friendly and free shuttle service was clutch.

Older hotel in process of a renovation. Friendly staff. Nice continental breakfast. Airport shuttle pickup was great- really nice young Jamaican man but the morning drop off driver was less than- ran late, wasn’t in a hurry & really messed up our schedule. Reported it to management & they were thankful for confirmation of a suspected problem. Overall good experience.

Very convenient to JFK. Stayed overnight on layover coming back from Athens to Pittsburgh. Free Shuttle pickup was very smooth at the Federal circle stop of the airtrain. Hotel was clean and the gentleman who checked us in at 930pm was super friendly. Room is dated but very clean and bed was comfortable. A/C unit worked well. Breakfast truly "continental " but was nice to have a cup of coffee and toasted English muffin before taking the free convenient shuttle back to the airport. Definitely recommend as it was much less expensive than other airport hotels.

Nice hotel for airport convenience. Shuttle was efficient, wait was not too long. Room was clean, check in was easy. The breakfast was poor, just a few unappetizing options, no eggs or anything like that, and no actual tables to sit at. However, that said, it was in a good location for an airport.
