Tub drain was broken. Room was in need of some upgrades. Bed and pillows were less than comfortable. TV was the size of toaster. Staff at the desk was rather aloof. Cleaning folks were nice and got tipped.

Excellent short stay.

Only one night as flew in to JFK and had onward travel next morning. Receptionist was very helpful. We used the shuttle bus in the morning, which was very convenient and a excellent free service.

The staff here made the trip! The lady’s at the front desk were so nice and extremely helpful! Would recommend bringing your own pillow, but would definitely stay again
