I booked this before I went for for cancer screening and was stressed it said hot tub so I figured this would be perfect and when we arrived they said they didn’t have any the information on website outdated was very disappointed

Property was clean and quiet. Breakfast was good. Staff was helpful and courteous. The fact that the key machine was not working was weird, but the front desk staff let us in each time we needed to leave our room, so it all worked out allright.

The floor was dirty in my room, and we were told it was too late to have someone come and vacuum. Also, the drain in the shower was broken and you could see some scum around the drain. The manager was nice enough to give us enough points on our Hilton account to get a free night on our next stay, but we wish things had worked out better.

We had the misfortune of arriving the night before a tv show was being filmed. The parkoling lot was blocked off and we needed to park at a neighboring hotel for the night. The dining area was closed for breakfast and the traffic the next morning was a huge inconvenience. The hotel knew well in advance this was happenong and there was no notice given to customers when the booking was made or part of any of the many messages received prior to check-in. Had i been aware of the extent of the inconvenience prior to booking i could have made arrangements to stay somewhere else.

★★★☆☆ My second time staying here. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Staff were friendly and check-in was smooth, just for a look a little hiccup that worked itself out. Decent value for the location. Minutes away from every store and restaurants. Heated pool is a plus.

My feet and legs are covered with bed bugs bites. Elevator inside smells like pee. Inside the room, they put a ton of fragrance of cleaning chemicals, you walk in.And it's toxic to breathe there and you cannot open windows. Conditioner bottle in my shower was completely empty and after I told them that it needs to be refilled.They cleaned the next through day in my room but the bottle remained unfilled. Bottle of body lotion was completely empty.So I had to call in the middle of the nights to ask staff to bring me a refill. So instead of going to sleep after shower, I had to wait for lotion to be brought. There are huge potholes that you cannot avoid on the entrance to the parking lot. The only nice thing I can say is the staff was nice and helpful.
