Took 40 min for the two guests ahead of me to check in. Bathroom was like from a horror movie. I think they house homeless people there (paid by city).

We are very sorry for the check in time taking so long. We are working on the bathrooms with all new things.

Beds were clean and comfortable and room was nice size.Staff was very nice & professional. The place was run down looking, rooms, and lobby. The ceiling leaked water onto me while on the toilet Mirror and sink was dirty. My room was in the back. Very noisy with partying and loud revving cars. Neighbor’s room alarm went off for so long I thought we might actually have an emergency and have to evacuate at 1:30 am so I got up and got dressed just in case. It did eventually get shut off. I’m not complaining because I got what I paid for, just leaving an honest review. If you just want a no frills, cheap bed, you might find it average. Don’t expect more at that price. Owners need to invest in some updates for a more professional appearance.

After Travelocity charged me for the room when I checked in they also charged me a $50 deposit on the room and took it off my card without permission or any knowledge of it. Didn’t know till we went to we went to dinner and checked my card and to my surprise I was short $50! When I asked the front t desk they said what it was for than told me it would be 4-7 days till I get it back. Very unpleased with the lack of communication before charging my card. Never signed a receipt or nothing.

Toilet was broken. Had to take the back off and fill the tank up myself In order to flush it. Carpet was disgusting. The second bed in the room had giant burn holes in the comforter. The pool area was disgusting from when I checked in till when I checked out. Hot tub was green & had foam on top from whatever was in it. Garbage in pool area was over flowing there were sunflower seeds & m&ms all over the ground by the hot tub. Clothes from the previous day still In pool area upon check out. The Woman who checked me in was not friendly, was on her cell phone and gave my sister attitude earlier in the day when she asked for extra towels (my parents checked in a few days before me) no pool towels. Teenagers throwing bikes and rocks at baby ducks and all over the place. People asking my 16yr old sister for pills. I work for an upscale hotel & the conditions & customer service we received was horrendous. Only stayed here for the night because my parents were there. We are from NY & were waiting to check into our resort in Orlando. This hotel turned me & my family off from ever EVER booking with days inn ever again. We will stick with hotels that have standards. Cleanliness & customer service wise.

The room needed a thorough remodeling and cleaning - should have throw rugs over the tile floor. The extra lock on the door was broken. The sink barely drained - I reported this to the front desk and it was fixed on the second day of our stay. This is something that should be checked once a week in every room. The bed was clean and comfortable. Overall, the motel grounds need a thorough cleaning and painting.
