The house is as ok. We had a maintenance problem with the air conditioner. It reached 99 Degreed and the AC failed. I was never t able to get a resolution from the owner, nor the caretaker, nor VRBO. Total failure! Would not recommend for $200+ per night.

Beautiful and clean house

The house is in a gated community which is perfect for a family that is trying to get away and have a quiet vacation. We had a busy schedule that we were not able to enjoy the amenities. The weather was also a factor during our stay. The house was clean and very beautiful.
