Room was supposed to be non smoking, feel like i got lung cancer being in that room. Smelled like smoke.

When we walked into our hotel there were dirty towels and there was a unflushed toilet! The bed wasnt made or anything. We had to ask for house keeping initally before downloading our things. It was disgusting.

Room was dirty, hair ball clogging the tub drain. Exposed light bulbs. Host said we got put in a room that was not supposed to to rented. Asked multiple times for a coffee maker and never recieved one. Pool had floating trash

Never again

I have been staying at the extended stay for several years. This will be my last. The staff was horrible. I am not an expert on running a hotel, but I tell you this. If I was, this would be my model on how not to run one. I will tell everyone I know how disappointed I am with extended stay. If you are looking for an honest review, listen to this one.

Old and Dingy

Cons: Heavier shower curtain. Softer shower head. Blankets and sheets for sofa bed. New toilet seat. Tighten down the toilet. Deep clean sofa and carpet.
It is definitely an older hotel, the cabinets and baseboards are dented and scraped, the countertops are chipped and cracking, the toilet moves when you sit on it and the toilet seat is gross. The shower curtain is thin and won't stay down when showering therefore it sprays water all over the floor. The shower head is like acupuncture. Not in a good way. There were no sheets or pillow or blanket for the sofa bed and the mattress was thin and springy. The beds were ok. For one night it was doable but I've stayed in much nicer places for less the price.

Smoke free room were filled with the smell of smoke! Shower head had build up, paint bubbling on walls! Just a old old old feeling.
