This beautifully updated two bedroom/1 bath unit on a cul de sac is right next to the Central and Camelback light rail stop that can get you downtown, to the airport, or out to Mesa and Tempe! Enjoy all of the great restaurants, cafes, and shopping that Uptown Plaza (8min walk) and the LGBTQ+ Melrose District have to offer! My personal favorites spots Federal Pizza, First Draft and Huss Brewery.

You have your own private front porch where you can enjoy your morning coffee. Enter the home through the keypad lock and you instantly see the cozy living room with a pull out queen bed (memory foam!), and large Roku TV. To the right is your full kitchen with gas stove, a dining table, and stacked washer and dryer. To the left of the living room is a tiny hallway where you enter the two bedrooms (both with queen low-profile beds and Roku TVs), the Nest Thermostat and the bathroom with an incredible shower!

This unit is part of a triplex where you have your own private everything! Note that there is a door locked on both sides that separates your living room from the Master unit's kitchen. Some noise and/or smells from cooking may travel

The shared backyard (which I highly recommend checking out!) can be accessed around the lefthand side of the house if you are facing it from the street. Feel free to grill, socialize at the fire table, or just hang out among the string lights and cactus murals!

I live in the Master unit, and travel regularly for work. So, you may have even more privacy than you bargained for! There are longer-term tenants living in the third unit with a very sweet 7 year old lab-pit mix named Mavis. Mavis is a social butterfly and has serious FOMO--she may bark but it's just because she wants in on the action!

Due to the monsoons from the summer, I had to remove the grass and install xeriscape landscaping, but now the home feels like a desert oasis! I'm also in the process of installing some cactus and other desert plants in the front yard!
