Large back yard for our two dogs made it easy to burn that extra energy out of them. The garage made it great for drying out our gear from the rain we got caught in.

gas grill lp gas container was very low and the coffee pot didnt work ... pots and pans were not up to par need new ones. 2nd bedroom ceiling fan chain fell off . main bedroom headboard was very lose.. spilled water on kitchen floor and it was dirty . down stairs toliet runs a long time and gotta flush twice on the positive side a/c was great the rain showerin the bathroom was great the t.v. was 50 in streaming and the front door lock was secure.

Excellent Property

The entire process from booking to check out was painless. Communication with the owner was easy and check in was effortless. The location worked great because it was close to other family members that live in town. The beds were comfortable and being able to accommodate pets was why we chose this property. We would definitely stay again.

Great location. Quiet neighborhood. Unclean. There was a Cheeto in one of the beds. Bugs in the bathroom. Black mold on the shower walls and all around the tub. Dirt in the corners.

Nice and Quiet

The stay I had was in a quiet neighborhood. The host was very communicative and even allowed for me to check in early at no extra cost. It cost just a much as a hotel room to book and you don’t have to worry about loud noises. I stayed 4 days 3 nights visiting family and for a funeral. Any concerns were addressed promptly by the host. I recommend this property and its close to shopping, dining, and the interstate.

Very friendly neighborhood. Huge backyd with privacy fence was great for our 2 goldens who loved chasing squirrels! We cook all meals when we stay at a house so I found the kitchen a tad lacking. I bought a few items and left them for next renter. There are no spices so you need to bring everything you need. If you don’t cook, there are tons of restaurants and fast food places. I do recommend Maynard’s Donuts for sweet treats! Both Publix and Walmart are nearby for groceries. Also if you have a dog, walking at Ashton Brosnahan park is great. The sofa could be replaced because you sink into it and it’s not really comfy. The beds were fine. Washer& dryer were nice too. A fun visit was to Uncle Sandy’s Bird Sanctuary. Some of the residents were real talkers! We visited the Natl Naval Aviation Museum, Fort Pickens, Bay View Park. Did a day trip to Dauphin Island. Also to Orange Beach.

Loved the inside the couchs and bed were super soft. I slept like a baby. Loved the garage, I was able to park my car there away from the cold and rain. It was an enjoyable quiet stay.

Great stay

My stay was great. It would have been nice to have coffee for the Keurig and sweetners/powder creamer for coffee like other VRBO's but that didn't affect my enjoyment. The doggie door was an added plus as was the huge fenced in back yard. While I have small dogs, this is a great yard for large dogs. Would definitely stay again.

My brother and I came to Florida to visit my niece for Christmas. It was convenient to her house and in a nice neighborhood. Overall, it was clean and a very nice house. Property owner was in touch if we happened to need anything. The only downside to our visit was the queen bedroom. The mattress was so uncomfortable neither of us could sleep on it. My brother is 77 and I’m 71. Maybe it would have been ok for small children but it was very lumpy. The second night, my brother slept on the couch and the third night I bought a queen blow up mattress. Other than that, our visit was good. We didn’t eat there so we didn’t use the kitchen, but it was well stocked (pots and pans, dishes, etc.) I would recommend it if you only needed one bed

We books this property for my daughter and her active duty boyfriend as he was checking out of NAS and moving across the country. The hosts were amazing from the very beginning and were very accommodating to what we needed. The house was exactly as described and we would definitely stay here again!

The location was great, pet friendly. 2 things that i had a issue with. 1. The upstairs master bedroom gets hot , the 2nd bedroom had a window unit. 2. The 2nd bedroom upstairs had bedbugs. I did not realize it until the last day of our stay when i stripped the sheets.

Bring the furry friends!

Our dog is getting older, so we wanted to avoid the stress of being in the kennel while we travelled. This property offers a nice big fenced back yard where he could run around. When we went somewhere he couldn’t go we left him in his crate, just like at home. We brought our own crate, not realizing there was one provided in the garage. He enjoyed traveling with us, and wasn’t all stressed out at the conclusion of the trip. We’ll probably do this the next time we need to travel.

Pleasant and Cozy

Overall it was a great little townhouse, perfect for our family of 3. Great backyard with a nice covered patio. Also has a barbque grill and all utensils needed. The king bed was comfortable. A little stuffy upstairs but if you turn the window unit in the other bedroom and the ceiling fans its perfect. The only thing negative was the couch was a little dirty, we just covered it with our throws. The host contacted us quickly with any questions.

Great House

Perfect house if you have pets. Dropped our son offf at school and stayed here for three nights. Backyard is huge and the pet door was a big plus. We will be back!!
