Breakfast and breakfast staff was great. Building and furniture has deferred maintenance. Ran out of toilet paper. Checking in was a circus.

Check in was not speedy or even friendly. We didn’t have towels at all once we got in our room. Every single pillowcase had stains on them or looked dirty. We use to love this hotel, but so far, I’m super disappointed this stay.
