"My husband and I stayed for 2 nights. While this is not the fanciest place you can stay, it’s great for the price. it’s clean and comfortable. It’s perfect walking distance from everything… beach, shops, dining. It’s a small property, very few amenities and we had to make a 3 point turn to get out of the parking lot, but overall we really enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be back."

"The breakfast and staff were very friendly, Ethan front desk and the very sweet lady who served us each morning for breakfast! Thank you! It was very sweet and charming property. The only downfall was its very light in the room at night. Streetlights, the blinds didn’t block the light well. That won’t keep us away though, maybe a sleep mask would’ve helped."

"We loved this little beach house. It was perfect. The photos are spot on. It was clean, and comfortable and had everything we needed. It is in walking distance to everything. We walked the beach every day and walked to the pier multiple times. Every thing felt close but far enough to be removed from any hustle and bustle. We especially loved the little park across the street. It was like it was a part of the property. We brought our dog who loved it. He preferred the green space to the back yard. He loved visiting with all the friendly dogs at the park. The house is stocked well. Lots of outlets for phone chargers, great beds, easy to use TVs and on-site laundry was so nice to have. We will definitely return Just arrived home and it’s 102 degrees. We wish we were back. We’ve stayed in many VRBOs , but this one had a great charm about it. I think the location really helped , but the well furnished home and the pleasant host and super easy check in process made it a great stay."

"My wife, son and myself used the property for three nights as home base for my daughter's wedding in Cayucos at Swallow Creek Ranch. The location was perfectly positioned at the top of a gentle hill to capture the cool ocean breezes. the home was clean very well decorated and equipped. Everything was modern and user friendly. Having the two car garage was great as our vehicles were full of items for the wedding venue and we were able to secure everything in the garage until needed. The hosts were wonderful to work with. It was a memorable weekend due to the wedding and staying in such a lovely and comfortable location helped contribute to the overall gratification. Highly recommended property if visiting California's central coast communities."
