Property was nice but there was a fire and we all had to step out and my 3 year old niece was in the shower at the time. She was freaked out and they didn’t offer a refund or special or anything. My niece was terrified.

We love the location and the friendliness. It would be lovely to have in house or more convenient laundry facilities. The grills really a long walk from the rooms. Everything else is great.

The facility is very dated and not up to the star rating as presented. Our experience was compounded by the fact that the power went out about 45 mins after our arrival and was restored about 4am. Other than showing us what door to use or not, there was virtually no accomodation made due to the circumstances. As I mentioned to my wife "it sort of felt like the Motel 6 of timeshares." It wasn't horrible, but we in no way felt they were prepared for the unexpected and left us to sit in a dark room.
