We had a wonderful day at this Avila Beach apartment! Quiet, clean, comfortable. Had great pots and pans and kitchen utensils. The air conditioner and fans work great. Nice bathroom and shower. The king size bed is really comfortable. Our teenage boys say the sofa bed is not the most comfortable thing, but sofa beds rarely are! We love being able to walk into the town and the sunset views from the deck were lovely! We look forward to returning!

The Coral House was clean and well equipped with everything for our stay, and it was close to downtown but doesn't have an ocean view as indicated. The host was very responsive too. I personally wasn't familiar with this type of wall heating system so perhaps the host can print out some step by step instructions for future guests, and put them in a welcome booklet on the coffee table as that would be helpful. We eventually figured it out, but it was a little chilly upon our arrival. We would definitely stay there again.
