When we checked into the room the toilet was not flushing. After several attempts the repair person got it working. In the middle of night while we were sleeping someone entered the room above us and was making a lot of noise and repeatedly flushing the toilet at approximately five minute intervals. At approximately 1:30 am we requested help from the office about the noisy people above us. We were told that the management would contact the occupants. At 2:30 pm there was no change and we checked out and left. The manager promised a refund, but to this date we have not heard from the establishment. Also, at 2:00 am there was a homeless person going through the trash. We returned home from our trip-ruined weekend.

The rooms were clean, spacious and beautiful. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were fluffy. It’s located in a great area close enough to the beach, restaurants and shopping.There was plenty of parking. What impressed me the most was the amazing customer service I got to meet one of the managers Maria and she was not only super helpful but also friendly and professional. My one night stay turned into a three night stay and it would have been for had they not been sold out. I definitely recommend and will be booking again when I am in the area.
