There was no balcony. We could not see the ocean, despite the fact that I asked for an ocean view. We had to look over a building and the street beyond that…I wouldn’t really call it a view.

Clean, dated, rude check in, good location...

Dated facility though clean. Though you could smell the mustiness of an old room. Would be compelled to look at another place to stay if we visit again. Noisy floors due to outdated wood construction of the building. Could hear every step of people above and on stairs. Noisy to say the least. Check in was marginally professional. When we asked about a different room, the immediate answer in a forceful and unfriendly tone was that we booked through a 3rd party. We can't do anything to help you. If you had booked through us... Simply rude. Good location, but overall disappointed with the food options in this touristy part of time, except the sushi place was pretty good.

No A/C in our room, but there was a fan. It wasn’t easy to open the slider, but appreciated the double lock system. The ADA bathroom dispersed water outside of the track and required extra towels to avoid slipping.

Great location! We had a room with an ocean view and balcony. A little noisy because you are in the heart of the town but within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was great especially Molly the cat. Restaurant right next door called Dorn’s Breakers Cafe is excellent! We can’t wait to come back!
