The room was very clean. We had a large room with a great view of Morro Bay and the rock. The parking lot is easily accessible from the rooms. There's a very short walk to nearby restaurants and shops by the bay.

Sheets had stains so it felt dirty. Took my dog out at 6am it was pitch black as no outside lights worked so that was a safety concern. Door had to slammed just to have shut all the way.
