The floors in the room were so dirty we had to wear our slides to walk around just so our feet and socks wouldn’t turn black, mold on the shower curtain, someone’s used contacts stuck to the wall under the toilet paper holder, beds were super uncomfortable, and what tops it off is the woman working (only person on site) was caught looking into our room after we left while the do not disturb was on the door, we only caught her because we forgot something in our room so we turned around and then she continues to ask how long we’re going to be gone for. Also there was a couple that seemed like they were selling s** out of one of the rooms with no problems while one night the woman was banging on a truck window demanding something from the man inside at 12 am. I would not recommend this place if you stay in Morro.

This room was awful wasn't going to share my experience but want to warn others . I stayed at Holland inn for the whole weekend! BED BUGS tweakers in the parking lot. THE owner seems like she’s on tweak or drugs herself. $35 pet fee. Disgusting sheets broken microwave. Literally burn holes on the comforters. Mold mildew smell . And a crazy owner manager .Save yourself the trouble stay away from what sounded like a sweet deal $$$ to a nightmare. I stayed in room 107 the health department needs to shut this place down

Really? Nice, quiet like the little restaurant. The Spanish one was pretty good. The rooms were really clean.I have no complaints at all.Me and my wife were saying we liked the little colleges will be definitely thinking about coming back here again. Loved and listened to the frogs across the highway

The property wa in a great location, easy access to Hwy 1, and the front desk was so very friendly. We couldn't figure out the A/C, so it was a little warm in the room for our service animal at times, but it was clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend it!
