Of the two front desk gals that I dealt with the afternoon shift was by far the most pleasant. The morning gal, not so much. Seemed very disinterested, tired. Rest of the stay was ok. Restaurant like a Marie Callendar’s. Grounds nice. Might stay there again.

Family friendly

The rooms are clean and decorated in an elegant farmhouse style. The grounds were maintained to reflect the farm theme, featuring several apple trees, plum trees, and grapevines near the restaurant. The staff was welcoming and the cookies were great.

False advertising

Could not pre register to ask for bottom room due to surgery returned at 2pm and almost was denied again to check in pool and jacuzzi closed bathroom floor was damaged no breakfast muffins as told in one ad and practically had to beg for cookies cmon this was a pricey hotel expected better no acknowledgment from staff the morning girl was rude

Great for group travel

This hotel was charming and the front desk staff were great. One room was not as large as expected but the others were fine. The wine tasting is stingy but there are places to gather to have your own party. We had 11 people scattered about and everyone enjoyed the stay. The restaurant is great for breakfast.

We have stayed at the Apple farm three times now and every stay has been consistently good! Staff is nice, rooms are comfortable and clean, and its affordable. It definitely has that farmhouse feel while being surrounded by the greenery that san luis provides. :)

The coffee and cookies in lobby for which they charged $28 were stale and below average. The AC in room was not turned on. When we did it took a while. It was noisy. Coffee was not available in morning at 5:00 when we were leaving while they said 24/7

Cute hotel

Cute hotel. The room had a little patio in the back with chairs and a table. The bathroom could have used more hooks for towels and more counter space, but it was nice. There is a nice restaurant and bakery, I didn't eat there but it looked good. There was coffee and tea in the lobby all day (I think) and in the morning there were some prepackaged muffins and some fruit, and oatmeal packets.
