Room was not in the main building; we were put into a Trellis room that was VERY small. The bathroom was the size of a small closet. When we booked our stay online, the picture shown was for a room from the inside of the main building. When we checked in, they wanted another $20 to change our room. We have stayed at the Apple Farm many times over the last 10 years and will not be going back anymore or recommend it to anyone like we used to do. Not happy at all!

After I drove to the hotel from 200 miles away, I asked at the desk if I could check in before 4:00 and was immediately given a lovely room at 1:00 pm. Staff was friendly and accommodating and the room was large, clean, and with two very comfortable queen beds for me and my adult daughter. I love this hotel!

One or two the staff were not that welcoming/could use some training in dealing with people. Restaurant staff were very nice. Paying $85 for amenities was a surprise upon arriving. Since new ownership, place is not the same.

I love this place and everyone was very nice - the room was a little noisy and I had asked for a room at the side. I was woken at 5 AM but noisy guests and that was avoidable. Otherwise, everything was perfect. The staff was kind to refund the stay.
