"The property was ok for the price you pay.. property is run down. Black mold around the tub. Carpets are dirty. Blankets were gross found food in them so obviously they didn't clean them or change them out. The front office was closed already by the time we went to our room."

"Very run down hotel. Looks nice from the outside but dirty on the inside. Multiple broken/non-working things in our room. The pool was not heated and no hot tub. The room smelt musty/dirty. The floors were awful. My kids feet were black and full of dirt and crumbs after walking around bare foot our first night there. The floors clearly had not been swept or mopped in a while. We saw a little baby cockroach run across the floor on our first night. Our baby also spit up all over the bed, and when we requested new bedding they told us there’d be an extra charge if the sheets were stained, yet they gave us stained “clean” bedding to swap out our own bedding. I’d spend the extra money to stay somewhere cleaner and nicer."

"The room are large and the bed is comfortable. The room was fairly quiet. Pool closes at 10pm so perfectly quiet after 10pm. The towels were a bit worn and faded. The breakfast was satisfactory. The location is excellent to the freeway and a short ride downtown."

"The staff was very attentive and polite. We arrived after hours, and even the over-the-phone team was polite and accommodating. The place is older, sure. But the cleanliness and price point can’t be beat. The room smelled nice and clean. Clean linens. Newer furniture. Would recommend."
