The hotel was on the edge of the downtown district. It’s well maintained. The room was nice and the staff was friendly and attentive.

The people working here were very nice and professional. Unfortunately, the property itself is not in the best condition. The carpets, both in the rooms and in the hallways and public spaces were badly stained. In order to access your room, you enter a side door that goes past an open laundry area. Our room had an oddly low toilet and a flickering lightbulb in one of the bedside lamps. There were holes in the back of the bathroom door where there may at some point have been a hook. This wasn't the hotels fault, but we were woken up several times during the night due to guests in our hallway partying. We were told that there was a large wedding party staying there. All of this would have been easier to overlook if we hadn't been paying a premium for this room -- $350 for a very 2.5-star experience. We've stayed in nicer rooms through so-called Budget Friendly hotels like Best Western, Courtyard by Marriott, and La Quinta, for half the price. We definitely expected a bit more from a Hilton for $350 a night.
