Birthday get away!

The property was beautiful! It was convenient to everything we wanted to do and close to stores and restaurants. The house fit our needs perfectly. We had some issues with getting the pool and bit tub to heat, but once that was resolved , everything was great! The house was well appointed with everything we needed to cook and enjoy ourselves.

Home was Awesome, but VRBO not so much

VRBO customer service was lacking. When we called to ask questions about the home they had no knowledge about it. We also felt like we were calling and offshore call center.

Beautiful Home For A Getaway

Everything was amazing and as described in the listing. So close to everything and on a very quiet street. I only wish we could have stayed longer. Will definitely rent again for our next Palm Springs adventure.

Mom and Daughters Getaway

Our stay at Casa De Myah was just right. I came with my four daughters for a winter getaway. This property provided us with lots of space to move around and yet was cozy enough for relaxing and reminiscing both inside and outside. I had arranged for the pool and hot tub to be heated, but with the cold snap...the water was still too cold to use. I asked if the temperature could be raised. Someone came the next day to adjust the temperature and saved the day! We were able to enjoy some good time in both the pool and hot tub in spite of the cold weather. The property was in a very convenient location. I hope to go back sometime when we can spend more time sitting in the sun without our winter coats on! :)

Fun girls weekend

Overall this was a great house for a girls weekend. It was super hot and the pool was very nice. Both the pool and house had enough space for all 7 of us. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook most of our meals and enjoy at home. The downsides were: the AC can only be set at 76 (no lower) which some guests were not pleased with. The alarm went off every time a door opened, which meant I woke everyone up daily when I went out for an early morning run. Early check in is decided on the day of which is tough when you're buying food in 105 degree heat (and we couldn't get it). And the check in process was via phone and was fairly inconvenient and stressful. The good definitely outweighed the bad.

Birthday weekend!

This house is really nice so spacious. I loved that it had a detached master bedroom with bathroom for the in-laws. The pool is big and beautiful. I will definitely book a stay at this home again. Thank you for hosting my family and I.

Great house and location!

We had a wonderful stay. This was our first time to Palm Springs and we would definitely come back and would stay here. The house was close to resturants, shopping, and nightlife. The house was a great size for a family of 6. The pool was and outside area was amazing. The kitchen was well equipped. The beds were comfy and plenty of TV's. The landscape was also superb. All in all a 5 out of 5 stars.

Beautiful Palm Springs Home

This home had everything we needed for our family of 6 adults, a baby and a dog. We spent a lot of time in the fenced-in backyard, with lots of seating in the shade, great pool and hot tub, and stunning views.

Very happy with our experience. House is beautiful, spacious and clean. Kitchen is generously equipped. Outside living space including pool is inviting and well maintained. Palm trees around the pool are stunning lit up in the evening. Short drive to all activities in the area. Highly recommend this property.

Very nice place had everything we needed

House was beautiful, clean, AC was on and ready for us. All items were provided as promised in the description. The only thing was no instructions on how use the "stereo" beautiful tower speakers with no way to use them. They did have a bluetooth Bose speaker that worked fine and given the noise ordinances this "lock down" may have been by design. A repair man showed in the middle of the day with a work order to fix a sink but the was unable to find the sink? The wall AC in the Casita worked fine, but the ceiling fan would not turn on so the cold air stayed on one side of the room and made it uncomfortable for sleeping. Overall one minor hiccup with the fan, but the layout worked great for our group and we all would come again. Fantastic home!

Vacation

The property was clean and appealing. Upon arrival the AC in the casita was not working and maintenance had to arrive to fix it. But we had to make the choice of casita cooling off or the garage where the pool table was. The spa did not heat up on the first day used. Main reason I booked this home was for the pool, spa and pool table. Due to the heat in the garage, we did not use the pool table. I contacted management about this and did not get a reply yet.

Amazing house

We were a group of 7 women on a two day get away. Myself and several of the women are frequent travelers and I personally rent several houses a year through VRBO. This past year in Ventura, CA, Italy and Utah and I have to say this was one of the nicest places I have ever stayed. Here are my reasons: Immaculate indoors and out. High end furniture and applicance, High end beds and bedding. Large roomy home, great pool area with lots of comfortable outdoor seating, pool floats and toys. Easy check in and out. We loved this home and will be back.

Beautiful home in a fabulous location but not so great service

We loved this home, it’s space, it’s layout and the location, but there were some problems that should be addressed regarding the property management company. Upon arrival the pool was filthy. About an hour later (after a call to the office), the pool cleaners arrived and proceeded to clean it for about half an hour. Then they added chemicals, which meant we had to wait longer to use it. We planned to use it upon arrival but ended up waiting nearly two hours before we could go in. The master en suite had not been cleaned very well as there were long black hairs all over the floor. The most disturbing problem was the A/C in the game room. The A/C was broken in that particular room and the temp hovered around 90-91 degrees. I called the office and after three calls, they finally sent a handyman to look at it mid-day. He agreed it was broken and said a maintenance person would come out later on Saturday to fix it. No one ever came. We booked this particular home solely on the pool table, and honestly, the room was stifling. The home should be ready for visitors, cleaned and in full working order. It bothers me that a considerable amount of time during our very short holiday was spent on the phone dealing with issues and having service people interrupt our vacation time. While we were compensated with a gift certificate for a future stay, the company’s representative, Britt, made a million excuses why it was OK for the pool not to be ready upon arrival and actually used the word “acceptable” to wait two hours after check in to use it. Yes – things happen but take responsibility and don’t make the guest feel like he/she is unreasonable to expect a turnkey unit upon check in. If they’re going to charge a luxury level price – which I’m willing to pay – then provide a luxury level experience and don’t make excuses and blame other people when it’s not.
