Parking fee of $19 is more than most universal hotels which is ridiculous considering this is not a resort. Went down to get the free breakfast and were told it’s not free, it’s a charge per person even though Travelocity included it with our reservation. Staff was not very friendly at check in. Won’t return.

Very kind staff, room is relatively clean but walls are thin... I heard a couple doing things next door and wasn't comfortable lol. Other than that, the pool was great, area is safe and lots to do around there. Fyi: Hotel shuttles to Universal, Seaworld BUT ONLY TO EPCOT in Disney not all 4 parks for some reason.
