3 bed/2.5 bath townhome with balcony overlooking the pool area. Also includes 2 covered porches with one being screened in.
The community is gated and is located in the Reserves at Windwood Bay just 15 minutes away from Disney, 25 min to Sea World, Aquatica, Universal Studios and 35 min to Lego land and 1 hour to Busch Gardens. Centrally located to both east and west beaches. The property has high speed internet , Netflix, Hulu, Disney plus and HBO max. Walking distance to pool. All rooms include TV's.

All the comforts of home

Condo was perfect! Pictures were accurate kitchen was stacked with all you need! Plenty of room for everyone. Pool was perfect as well! Thank you for great communication throughout!

Great for Families!

We were very happy with our host, who answered our queries within 5 minutes. Kitchen was well stocked with spices, paper towels, dish soap, even some wine, coffee and tea! Bathrooms had soap, shampoo conditioner, and toilet paper. We loved the door entry system. No grill. This is not for those who have difficulty with stairs. The 17 Stairs to bedroom were steep. No hot tub at pool.
