Pros and Cons
Pros
Good mattresses.
There have been updates to the bathroom cabinets from the photos showed online.
Nice furniture on the front and back patios.
It had plenty of appliances and kitchen utensils for our family.
Complex was quiet and maintained.
We had fun at the pool area and it was a close proximity to the pool.
Cons
We were unable to access the master closet due to a large piece of furniture I front of it.
Master bathroom had mildew on shower curtain and tiles.
We found garbage left over in the master bath and food was left in the refrigerator.
The patio screen was ripped allowing bugs to get in.
The entire condo needs a deep cleaning from the baseboards, backs of doors, windowsills to the ceiling.
The flooring doesn’t seem to have been installed properly as they crack and pop with every step.
Living room side tables were quite wobbly.
FYI
The third bedroom now has a bunk bed with a full-size mattress on the bottom and a twin on top.
There was also a decent sized cooler there for use.
Overall it would be a nice place if it was better maintained and that’s probably not the fault of the owner but the property manager.
