The Quail
Room not ready on time, have us wrong room type and had to move to other side of complex. This burned up our afternoon time we wanted to spend at the pool which we then never used. Staff and manager never said anything. Breakfast at hotel was very poor quality for the hotel class.

Room was extremely small. We have stayed there before and had a wonderful space. Bathroom door had to be pulled shut with two people. I asked for a microwave one staff member said it would be in our room when we returned but it wasn’t. I called and asked for it again and was told they don’t do that. ...
