The beds were terrible, bathroom tub was dirty, carpet wasn’t stapled all the way down on the corner by refrigerator

This is my third time staying there and always a clean room and friendly staff! The 1 bedroom suite is worth the money. I also enjoy the generous cancelation policy where I booked for two nights, only stayed one, and was refunded the unused night the next day.

Nicely stocked kitchenette. Very clean and comfortable room. Staff was nowhere to be seen when I walked in--waited 20 minutes for someone to show up. Also, a fire alarm at 5:30 a.m., triggered by someone who was trying to cook something and didn't turn on vent. (And no leadership from staff to tell us if it was safe to go back to rooms.) On the flip side, staff were friendly and helpful when they were there, the price was right, and the room was great.

Property was very close to night life and restaurants and free shuttle service was definitely worth putting up with the rudest check in experience I’ve ever had and I travel weekly!!!!!!!
