The Open atrium around the inside of the hotel was unique. Check in took way to long. When we arrived we were told check-in would be an hour, meanwhile traffic in the drop off area was getting backed up around the block. We also had 2 rooms that had to be put on 2 different transactions when it should have been only 1. When checking out, I asked for a receipt and was told No that expedia would email me the receipt, which I still have not gotten for the 2 rooms.

I liked how quiet the room was. Being up on high too was nice, but the tub was not clean and the remote to the TV in the room would only allow a few button presses before it stopped working as well
