Awful service, dirty, stained, no parking and 35 dollar forced valet. Costs a 1.50 convenience fee to tip on top of the ridiculous valet cost. Never again.

We have stayed at the Wyndham as a staycation for years and loved it. Now, it's clear that they are aiming to be the cheapest downtown hotel rather than a quality one. The hot tub was broken, all pool towels piled high in a basket in the pool area, 3 different floors ice machines were broken without signs, our room smelt of mildew due to a leak in the shower head, the sofa had strange stains on it, and this was the first time we were not offered breakfast vouchers during our stay (the manager insisted this had never been done despite this being our 5th time at the hotel). We attempted to use the "new AI front desk helper" and it took an hour to receive a reply. The valet staff and the bed were the only good parts of our stay. Save your money, stay at a hilton or holiday inn. Or spend just slightly more for another hotel downtown

The room and staff were great. Check-in was smooth and friendly. What I’d really like to do is compliment your valet staff. As we were waiting our turn, a lady was obviously concerned about being able to get her van out of the portico. The young man told her she had plenty of room and he could not move a vehicle as he didn’t have keys for it. She was irate and went inside to complain further. She came out with another young man, who also stated she had room and they couldn’t move the other vehicle. They remained calm, and apologetic. She was not so friendly. A third young man offered to guide her around the other vehicle and she left. I commend your young men working the morning of February 14th, as they maintained a calm, professional attitude with her.

Dirty, furniture (lounge in room) so old you sink to floor when setting. Mattress sunk terribly in the middle. Couldn’t get the room to cool down and finally in the morning to regular coffee, decaf only.

The room was nice and overall the hotel was nice but for what i paid for one night i would expect parking. They dont offer parking and would have to pay $35 for the valet. No one told us about the hotel about the hours. For someone who worked hotel industry over 10 years i was disappointed

Hotel was nice , but my room was dated. Couch was stained, wall paper had issues. But it was mostly clean and comfortable. Need more staffing when a trade show or event is in town , especially in the food service areas.

All in all it was a good stay. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The food wasn't anything special and the rooms were just ok. One great thing was that it was in walking distance of the stadium.

The staff were very helpful. Our room was fine, but some updates definitely need to be made. Our mattress had stains that we could see under our sheets. Also, the restaurant and coffee shop closed down by 10:30 am so there was not anywhere to even get coffee or any type of snack.
