The Mayo is a beautiful property with great history. The staff was not the best though. We were kept up all night by a faulty heater in our room. When we checked out we notified the staff and didn’t ask to be compensated, just wanted them to know so it could be fixed. The staff member just brushed it off and basically just said bye. Because of the staff experience I think we will pick another hotel in Tulsa next time.

It is a really nice hotel. The staff are very helpful and friendly. They upgraded me to a suite for an extra 10.00 per night, well worth it. The restaurant food was excellent. The roof top bar is a must see.There is really nothing i did not like about the hotel.
