My own unique experience: the valet people were very well-mannered and happy to assist me with anything (and with a smile) even though I chose to park my car myself across the street in the public parking garage. The garage worked out just fine, but confusing the first time using it because the 1st level of parking is on the 3rd floor. There’s Business offices in the lower floors. There’s an elevator of course, but my daughter and I had heavy bags to carry across the street by ourselves. Should’ve used valet. Front desk wasn’t rude, but seemed restricted from showing any emotion or exceptional hospitality in comparison to the valet men that would run to open the building door so the customers wouldn’t have to. They were better greeters than front desk. The hallway on our floor was dark and dreary. My daughter liked it and thought it was calming. The bar downstairs was active. I didn’t see any children come or go in the hotel. There was a feeling of competitive pride there. I could sense something was off in the atmosphere, in the hallway, and even in our room. It was absent of love, warmth, and peace. I prayed over my room. My daughter and I were scheduled for 2 nights, but left after the first night. We had the worst unmentionable nightmares there and there was no way I was resting my head there for one more night.

We loved FLINT restaurant that is inside the hotel. The valet service is so convenient and the valet guys are efficient. Our bed was very comfy. And the front desk gals (day shift and night shift) were so kind and helpful.

Very nice hotel. Outstanding room. Large. Well-appointed. Excellent restaurant. Will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Oklahoma City .
