I remember Coming to a cheer competition in 2019 thinking I want to stay at this Hotel that was afraid that I was more than what I could afford. This year I looked it up and realized how fordable it was and was very impressed with the rooms. We had ended up with 2 extra people coming with us and when we got to the front desk was told we received a free upgrade which made it even more comfortable for us! Everyone was nice, we were impressed with the breakfast coffee bar downstairs, I think one was willing to helpus with directions and our questions.

I wasn’t told about the extra $50 fee on Travelocity, so when I went to check in I was pretty upset. Once we got to the room the air conditioner wasn’t working and wasn’t fixed for a few hours. Initial staff at check in was rude also.

The hotel was great....3rd party booking...no.

The hotel was great. Very comfortable and lots of room for the 6 of us in 1 room. Anything we needed they were happy to accommodate for. However, at check in...it was irritating. Due to weather forecasts for our trip we were debating if we were going to cancel or not. So I messaged Travelocity to find out what I needed to do if we were to cancel. I never said I wanted to cancel. But Travelocity never responded to my message. Instead, they contacted Aloft and told them to cancel my room. I had no idea til after we arrived 3 hours from home with 4 adults and 7 kids total on our trip. The staff at aloft worked very hard to fix the issue. However it was a major headache.

Not modern at at all. Disappointed

Pros: Friendly staff
Cons: The condition of the hotel as a whole
Location: Our 1st time to Tulsa. We had no idea where to stay. This was not the right location for a within walking distance for downtown entertainment
We found the hotel easily enough by way of the poorly lit parking garage. I'm not sure the hotel has a proper entrance. Walking into the hotel (from the sketchy garage) we were greeted with stale air and portable a/c units..... Also a sign instructing us up one floor to the lobby. 1st impression? Tacky! The poor staff were melting (@ 11pm) and talking of window film hopefully being installed the next day to help out some, It wasn't! The hotel needs a major facelift for sure. Everything is worn out like 10 years ago. 2 weddings were held there that weekend. I'm sure the were beautiful but a little on the warm side.

It was okay, Expected more.

I have been to a nicer aloft hotel... we checked in and they had a problem with the room, found another one for us..we got up to our room and was still dirty from last guest, beds were not made.staff came and cleaned and gave us complimentary drinks... the pool stayed open really late which was nice. It was alright, could have definetly been better, but the guy at the front desk did his best to help us out.

Close to the BOK Arena

Pros: Funky colors and décor in the common areas. Parking connected to the building.
Location: BOK Arena
Due to construction going on in downtown Tulsa, the hotel was difficult to find, even with GPS. Best bet is to look "up" to find the ALOFT sign on the side of the hotel. Slept very well.
