The bed was comfy. Room was clean. Breakfast was great. Check in was a little rocky their system was down, staff had to walk us to rooms and let us in key cards did not work. Computers were not working told us they had not worked in a very long time. Lighting was very poor in rooms. Valet guy was awesome!

Beware! Breakfast is NOT included! I argued with H otels.com customer service about this for 2+ hours. The site shows that breakfast is included, but it is not! It is $8 per adult and kids are free. Breakfast was pretty tasty, but was nearly identical for three days in a row (bacon replaced sausage on the third day). Location for this hotel is great, but brace yourself for $29 (self) parking per night. The lot is conveniently directly across the street, is well-lit, and seems very safe; the fence adjoins a police substation parking lot. The hotel itself is fine and has a modern, kinda swanky vibe. Front desk staff was a little gruff. Pull out sofa was missing bedding, and the night manager acted put out when I asked for bedding. Our ADA accessible bathroom (we were told all king rooms were ADA compliant) sloped the wrong direction, so water spilled out into the vanity area. On the upside, the ADA compliant king room is huge and has tons of space. Black out shades were overly complicated and still wouldn't full open. Bed was comfortable and rooms were well sound-proofed. The indoor pool was freezing cold. We traveled as a family of five and felt like we stood out with little ones. Most other travelers were couples or had teenage children. Overall... if traveling as a family, next time I would pick a different hotel in Bricktown. For the same price there are hotels that actually include breakfast and are better suited for families with small children.
