Parking was ridiculous. We were forced to use their Valet parking at $32.00 per night X2 plus a tip. They said the buffet breakfast was not included. It would be an additional $8.00 each per adult. I swear when I made this reservation through travelocity it said breakfast was included. The manager said I would have to call travelocity and then hand my phone to him so he could hear it from them like I wasn't trustworthy enough. So basically any discount we received through travelocity was gone once we had to pay for valet. Won't do this again.

When I made the reservation online it started with a date of August 12th, which I changed to July 26th. I entered the wrong PIN and had to reenter that to complete the reservation. I did not notice that when I did that the date reset to 8/12. When I arrived I was told that I did not have a reservation and that I had to call Hotels.com to straighten it out. I was able to do so, but incurred an additional charge of $22. I was also not thrilled about the $33 parking charge for one night. I went to the bar for a much needed bourbon after 13 hours on the road. The bartender asked if I wanted another, which I did and she served me tequila. I would never go back there.

We were beyond happy with our stay at Hyatt Place! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We did not have a car, and we were able to walk or scooter to everything we wanted to do. And for only $8 the breakfast was worth it. If we are back in OKC, we will for sure stay here again.

Was told there was free parking.

Well the only complaint I have is I was told that it would be free parking by the front desk. I ended up getting charged $33 to park across the street. I would not have stayed here knowing I was going to be charged an extra $33 when I was told it was free for guests.

Pretty standard hotel with everything you need for a short stay. The front desk was friendly and helpful at check-in. Heads up—parking is across the street and paid, so I’d recommend going with valet. It’s a little more expensive but much easier. The room service menu was just okay, so we ended up ordering from a local bar instead—and that was a great choice. Overall, solid stay for convenience and comfort.
