Went to OKC for an event at Paycom. Location was great. Parking slim to none. Room wasn’t as clean as could be. Indoor pool isn’t heating and water cold. Our sink faucet was loose and not setting in tight but still usable. Employees nice and helpful.

Disorderly behavior from other guests

Overall a nice stay but we were disappointed that when we had an issue with noise our last night. When we were woken up for the third time we called to ask if anything could be done and we were told that the people were being asked to be quiet on their way in and they should be quiet in an hour. Which it was already 11:00 PM. This was disappointing especially due to being called after only 5 minutes of one of the dogs barking at noise outside our room. The people were running up and down the halls and yelling. This response is not appropriate from a hotel that is having noise problems from underage students running around.

Ants in the shower. Incredibly large and very loud frat party on the 5th floor that went on for hours. Overpriced breakfast. Bartender was incredibly rude and always outside. Pool handicap chair does not work. Why aren’t there microwaves in the rooms? Why aren’t there ice machines on every floor?

Wasn't our favorite stay

Check in was easy, but there was an issue with the paid parking system that they were working on. The room was comfortable enough, but sofa seemed like it had seen better days (saggy and stained). Someone in our hallway had their dog in their room and it barked pretty consistently until about 3am.

The employees were friendly and helpful during check in, the valet guy's were very knowledgeable and friendly. This is a great place to stay, it is close to everything you would want to go to.
