Our stay was HORRIBLE! My sister woke up at 3:00 am with BEDBUGS all over her, her room and her bed. They had bit her to the point she was swollen and had scars! When we went downstairs to the front desk the clerk was dismissive and unapologetic. She stated they were full and didn’t have bedbugs. We then told her we had video and pictures which she requested we send to her which we did! After she watched it SHE STILL DIDNT APOLOGIZE! A couple had happen to state they didn’t want their room after hearing our story so she gave us the keys to that. The ONLY reason we didn’t leave is because every other hotel was BOOKED! The next morning we requested the managers information which her name is TIA GREEN! I never spoke with her! She never called me or anything! I was told by Lauren who is a desk clerk that I needed to reach out to hotels.com for a refund cause that’s who we booked through! We reached out to them and they said we had to be out of the room for a refund to be processed which remember we had switched rooms!! They continued to lie! No apologized! Never checked out other rooms cause we booked 4 due to it being a family trip and us going into other rooms after being in the bed with BEDBUGS! I do NOT recommend the hotel AT ALL and received the worst customer service anyone could get! To have the name aloft and receive service like this is ridiculous! I will be reaching out to the news stations and health department! The other room was the BARE MINIMUM!

The hotel room I had was completely ran down. Rips and water stains on the wallpaper, scratched up paint peeling from the desk. Dirty showers with hair and stains and dirty sinks. Unfortunately all rooms were booked up and I was not able to move into a cleaner room. I would not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. This hotel needs to be shut down as it goes through its remodel. Very disgusting.

Hotel itself is definitely in need of a real cleaning top to bottom. Staff was really friendly and accommodating. Got our room and it was dank and smelled awful, and I mean awful. So much so that we had to request a room swap, first time I have ever done that. Staff came up to our room and brought us another room key. Very accommodating and professional, which was great as we were a bit embarrassed to ask for a new room. The new room had water leaking out of the mini fridge, the ceiling had water stains and peeling paint, and the shower was quite dirty. No cups for the in room coffee pot leaving me to feel like we paid a premium price for a low end budget motel.

Worst stay ever.

When we arrived they were having some sort of computer problems. It took 20 minutes to get us checked in. The girl at the desk was understandably frustrated but we didn’t get any explanation of the problem or apology for the inconvenience. The furniture in the was stained and dirty the room had a terrible smell. There were also no wash rags in the room. They allow pets and we heard dogs barking half the night.

Room was just ok, nothing special. Entire hotel smells odd, perhaps because of the pets. The pool area smells like sewage. Would never stay here again. Most of the staff was friendly. Stayed two nights and no maid service, had to get my own clean towels for day two.

I plugged my phone into the USB across the room. It did not work in my phone died in the middle of the night. Luckily, I woke up and saw that it was dead. There’s no alarm clock in the room so I had to go down to the front desk. They did not have a block for me to plug my phone in obviously obviously I didn’t bring one myself either. Which is partly my fault. I expected the USB in the room to work otherwise I would’ve gone and gotten one. They did not offer a wake up call in the morning after explaining my situation so I had to go out at 2:30 in the morning and find a charger block so I could charge my phone and be able to wake up in the morning. The soap dispenser in the shower was empty. After sleepless night driving over Tulsa, trying to find a charging block that was not 26.99. It really was not a nice thing to discover. My room smelled like mold, but honestly, the whole place kind of did didn’t smell very good. The only thing that I really liked for the bartenders. They were so very attentive and they didn’t have to be because I’m not really a drinker.
