I was not provided with clean towels my entire stay nor was my room cleaned. I was charged an extra 50.00 and it was not explained to me why I was receiving the charge.

Great location and the staff was very helpful. Check in was a breeze. Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. We really like staying at A-Loft because they are dog friendly!

Room was comfortable but very well used and you could tell some repairs had been made to the room. Unfortunately, I could have maybe done a better job with some duct tape and spray paint.

Rooms are in need of a refresh!

Pros: location, decor, staff
Cons: room wear and tear needs to be addressed
Location: business dinner and meetings in area
This is a cool hotel for sure. Great decor and vibe in lobby and breakfast and bar area but the rooms are definitely in need of a refresh. Worn carpet, stains on walls, shampoo dispense missing from bracket in shower.

It was alright....

Pros: The room set up was great.
Cons: Making sure the bed sheets and linen are changed after every stay just to insure the most cleanliness and prevent the spread of possible germs.
Location: The location was not too far from a local mall. There are a lot of stores and restaurants within a short distance from the hotels location.
When my boyfriend and I first arrived to our room we noticed the sheets had a few stains on them, which wasn't acceptable for us at all. I immediately called down to the front desk and advised the gentleman that our bed sheets appear to be dirty and stained and he told me to he would be right up with clean sheets and he did within several minutes. Overall the hotel appeared to be kept up well and turned out to be a very nice stay. There was a lot of guest but little to no noise so we were very pleased overall with the hotel and it's staff.

Small rooms

Pros: Location
Cons: Room size.
Location: Good location near 169 and 71st Street. Lots of restaurants and shopping
The room is setup differently than most hotel rooms and to us, it made the room feel small. The bathroom sink had a nice bowl but it took up space that could have been used for more counter space. There is no tub, but the shower is nice with a rainfall showerhead and nice tile. The clothes hanging area was not good. The way the clothes were hung in the area made it hard to see them and get to them. There was traffic noise all night long. Also noise from the rooms on either side. The walls were thin. There is a mini fridge and coffeemaker, no microwave. Staff was friendly and check in was easy. We will probably stay elsewhere when in the Tulsa area.
