The lobby was nice. The front desk clerk was helpful and made check in a breeze. He even upgraded our room to the club level since the room we requested was not available! The elevator was pretty quick unlike some hotels we’ve stayed at. Once we got into the room it was clean but but being club level we thought it would be more fancier but the only difference was access to a 24hr lounge. I felt the room a little old but I guess it comes with the hotel being in downtown. After we got ready for the night we went downstairs to grab a bite to eat. We were short on time so we just went to the hotel restaurant. They were closed but had a breast cancer awareness event going on outside. We opted to go to the bar/restaurant back inside next to the restaurant. As we walked in we didn’t know if someone sat us or we just sit anywhere...my husband asked one of the waiters and he just said to sit anywhere. When he said that he acted as though we were bothering him bc he was making out a ticket. He then said I will be with you so we sat at a nearby table. We sat for about 15 mins and he walked back and forth here and there to wait other customers but never acknowledged us!! It would of be nice if he at least said he would be back but never said anything!! By then my husband was getting upset so we just left and went outside to the festivities they had going on. Overall the stay was ok...would we be back...maybe...but they need to beef up their lounge/bar staff for sure!!!

I am happy to share that we are currently in the process of renovating and we hope that you will be able to return upon completion to enjoy our refreshed guest rooms. Just for clarification, we have two indoor restaurants and an outdoor patio. Block 23 is open daily for breakfast and lunch from 6am-2pm. Aria Lounge is open daily for dinner and drinks from 2pm-2am. Our outdoor patio serves food and drinks from about 4:30-11 every night and sometimes hosts themed events that are open to both our guests and to the public, such as the Pink Party you attended. We hope you enjoyed the festivities! In regards to the service issue you experienced in the restaurant, please accept my sincerest apologies and know that corrective action will be taken. Thank you so much for choosing to stay with us and we hope to see you again in the near future!
