The hotel was really so busy but we were checked in immediately. My daughter’s room was perfect but I upgraded to a higher room which was just amazing. I could see Marina Bay Sands all lit up of a night. The breakfast choices were vast, plenty of water in our rooms, room service was good and the room itself was just perfect. Absolutely no complaints whatsoever.

While the location of the hotel is absolutely brilliant and the restaurants and bars were excellent, the room facilities were disappointing. Storage space was very limited, making it difficult to settle in comfortably. Room service was also problematic. The online ordering system was not working, and by the time hard-copy menus were delivered to our room, meal service hours had already finished, leaving us unable to order food. Housekeeping also overlooked servicing our room and it wasn’t made up until we requested it late in the afternoon. In addition, the minibar was not stocked, so everything had to be ordered separately. That said, the quality of the restaurants and bars, along with the fantastic location, were definite highlights of the stay.

Friendly staff, clean room and the convenient location to variety of F&B outlets and amentities stores makes Swissotel Stamford a great choice for a family staycation! The Christmas buffet spread at CLOVE has an excellent spread and settings that definitely allows guests to dine with a festive mood.
The double bed room size is comfortable for a family of 4.

Satisfied with earlier check in due to room availability. Toilet door needs to adjust each time before locking to align the lock and hole. Booked a 3 pax room but only 2 sets of dental kits and in-room slippers. Overall nice stay nevertheless.
