I’ll try a different place next time.
The hotel is nice and in a great location. This was my second stay here. Great room, nice bed, quiet, fast elevators. I didn’t care for the slow flow water purifier that substituted for bottled water. The service wasn’t great. My room safe had an issue and it took too long to send someone to fix it. That made me late for breakfast. Then the hotel breakfast where they charge 39 dollars, the man tried to seat me at a dirty table shared with total strangers! I refused it and voiced how insulted I was. I could not believe that. The breakfast wasn’t worth the 39 dollars; okay but not great. I will try a different hotel next time.

The stay was great - centrally located and everything is walkable. However, the buffet at the Cove was overpriced based on a very limited selection. There are better options but you would need to walk around.

The Swissotel was convenient for shopping but also well placed for sightseeing as well. For comfort and relaxing you did not really have to leave the hotel.
