The property is in an excellent location for traveling around, local Tulsa area. Some construction around property but was easy to navigate around. Excellent bar downstairs, excellent drinks

The room was clean and was comfortable and the valet service was efficient. My wife and I were very disappointed with the breakfast service. No flavored coffee creamer was available, the eggs were not good at all and very watery, bacon was undercooked and there was no syrup for the waffles. For this being a Hyatt hotel, it was not to the standard we expected.

The fact that we pay 150 a night for a room… and then $28 to be able to park…their little restaurant/bar area is not open… you pay three dollars for a small bag of chips because you have no other option at the hotel… they don’t offer no cream for your coffee with breakfast just milk… no salt and pepper shakers were available. When I asked staff they couldn’t give me none…. Just expected a little bit more of a breakfast selection waffles, and French toast sticks were soggy from sitting inside the heating container. The hotel was very clean. The room was nice. The staff was friendly.

We wanted to get a hotel that was near the BOK center for a concert we were attending. Best place to stay in Tulsa to be in the heartbeat of things to do

From the staff to the 10th floor view, everything was amazing. Especially the continental breakfast til 10am! Another cool feature is the google cast tv so you can cast Netflix or Prime instead watching cable. Amazing staff and amazing comfort definitely 10/10!

I enjoyed my stay overall—the room had a great view and the location was very convenient, within walking distance to the conference I attended. However, there were some issues that affected my experience. I was mistakenly checked out early, which led to a maintenance worker entering my room while I was getting dressed. He did not knock before coming in, which was very uncomfortable and concerning. In addition, the hotel restaurant did not open until 5 p.m. and offered limited menu options, which made dining there less appealing. While the location and room view were definite highlights, the service and dining options need improvement.

Such an amazing experience

Me and my oldest daughter stayed there on our way back to Texas. The staff and even other guest that we’re staying there were so friendly and kind. I definitely see more stays in the very near future!

Our room was clean and had everything needed for our one night stay. Full size hygiene products was nice and I liked the brand. The only thing confusing was the parking but that can't be changed with them being downtown. Other than that it was a very nice hotel and we will be staying there again when going to concerts.

Poor customer service

The air conditioning was not working in my room. They flipped the breaker and told me to wait 30 minutes to see if it would cool off. I asked to be changed to a different room. They said I had to wait to see if it would start cooling. After 15 minutes the temperature had not dropped even a degree so I called the front desk and told them I wanted to be moved. Then they told me I had to come to the front desk for new keys. So I had to lug everything back downstairs to get a new room key. They barely even apologized. Very poor customer service. Once in my new room the bathroom faucet is barely attached and is flopping around. At least it works.
