Such a beautiful place. Staff was friendly and helpful. Vallet service was as well. Excellent house keeping, truly. Only suggestion: There were only 2 luggage carts for a 14 story hotel... we had multiple bags, a pack of water, and a fan to juggle to our room when we got there and even more when we left. Would lug it all again though. 10 out of 10.
