Parking was a nightmare. I was charged $28 per day to park there. There were times that I couldn't find a spot because they were letting anyone park for free. They left the gates up so that just anyone could come and go as they please. Since I was charged for parking, then I should have had a spot. I feel like I should be refunded for my parkingthat I paid for and didn't get.

Hotel is beautiful and everyone was helpful and friendly. Room service was timely and there is a place for food delivery. Plenty of quiet seating. They have an indoor pool and fitness center, though no signage from elevator. Dining room was not open for lunch, but the cafe had some offerings.

Rooms not ready by even 8 pm, couldn’t get ready for expensive concert, missed concert, room still not ready by midnight , had to take a smaller room or we would’ve had nothing at all. Staff not helpful at all…so many people in lobby getting ready because no rooms were ready !

I came with a 2 days new born baby. Nobody helps you. They just tell you there is a cart and i had to carry all the luggage with the new born. Then the key didn’t work and had to go back. Wanted to have lunch since i can’t go outside with the baby but it was close for lunch, only opened for dinner.
