We enjoyed our stay, the staff was very nice and helpful, Mario was the gentleman that carried our luggage to our room and helped us load our car when we left. He answered all our questions when we arrived. He told us to contact him if we had anymore questions. Mario was extremely helpful.

The free valet parking was very organized and efficient. At first, I was skeptical, but I was very impressed with the process and ease of parking. The check in and out process was organized and fast. There were 6 large elevators. We rarely waited for onecand they are fast!! The rooms are beautiful and spacious. There are 2 different casinos and several eating establishments. We were there Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights and had zero wait time at the Margaritaville Restaurant eqch night. We will definitely stay at this property if in Tulsa again.

Check-in staff was very friendly, as was staff at Player's Club desk. Margaritaville had 30 minute wait even though restaurant was less than half full. Food there was mediocre at best. Staff at energy drink station was very friendly. Hours for steam room and jacuzzi were limited.
