Flight Review

Mar 4, 2020

Flight attendants were amazing friendly and helpful

Mar 2, 2020

Did not like LAX. Seems like a severe lack of services at the holding area for connecting flights. Old and dirty

Feb 25, 2020

I left something on the plane and was directed to the claims line where it cost 29.99... the items that I left on the plane was just a few items from Mardi Gras for my grandson's worth about 10.00..

Feb 19, 2020

Overall a great experience!!

Jan 27, 2020

I couldn't get the app to work with free entertainment, when I finally got, it kept cutting out. Then I started all over. A 2hr and 55min flight watching 1 hour. Something is not right.

Jan 23, 2020

Awesome and friendly flight attendants... kudos to the entire crew... and for the Captains for coming out of the cockpit as we were disembarking to thank us for flying with American Airlines. Great experience. Will fly American as often as I can!!!

Jan 19, 2020

They offered free checked baggage for your carry on at the time of boarding.

Jan 15, 2020

Seats are terrible on the plane which is my only complaint. I’m 6’2” and the seats are terrible, not just on United, but on every airline it seems. When people in front recline, it makes it even worse.

Jan 13, 2020

My bag got ripped

Dec 28, 2019

It did take a long time to get our checked bag. There was a sign at the carousel saying Delta guarantees we’d have our bag within 20 min. It took more than 20 min. We rarely check a bag and only did so because we received a power drill as a Christmas gift and couldn’t carry it on. Probably wouldn’t have thought too much about the wait except for the large sign saying Delta guaranteed to get checked bags to travelers within 20 minutes. Not a big deal—

Great experience😀

Out of my last 4 flights this one was the absolute best Denver to Tulsa I’ve had.

How to get through airport security fast when traveling to Tulsa

These handy tips and hints about airport security procedures will save you plenty of time on your trip to Tulsa:

  • Ensure your travel ID and boarding pass are not hard to access. You'll be required to show them straightaway.
  • You'll need to pause the tunes for a short while. Earphones must be taken off and put in a tub to be X-rayed. The same goes for items such as heavy jackets and belts.
  • All laptops must be taken out of their cases and placed in a tub for inspection.
  • When you approach the security checkpoint, you'll be asked to place all gels, liquids and creams in a separate bin for scanning. Make sure they're all packed in containers smaller than 3.4 ounces (100 milliliters) and sealed in a clear zip-lock bag.
  • Undo your shoelaces before entering the body scanner. Depending on the type of shoes you've got on, security may ask you to take them off.
  • Pack any pocketknives or other sharp and pointy items inside your checked luggage. Security won't permit these on the aircraft.
