Check in was very easy. Good parking area. The room was nice. The sheet on one bed was dirty, spoke to the manager next morning to let her know. I would stay again if needed.

Upon arrival tried to give me some story about charging my card early in the afternoon because it was a busy weekend when the app said I could pay at check in. They then provided multiple excuses none of which are standard hotel protocol

BED BUGS!! Horrible weekend, no rest at all. Front office clerk was kind but couldnt do anything until manager returns on monday.

There was no one in the reception area and nobody answered the phone when I called. I called Motel 6 and complained and I could hear them calling over the phone and nobody answered either. It took about 30 minutes for an employee to pop out of the elevator and found us waiting. The room very dirty. We are not staying at any Motel 6 ever again. First and last time.

The 2in thick mattress was very uncomfortable. The comforter had burn holes in it. Worst motel I’ve stayed in, in years!

The property was unsafe and disgusting, the toilet seat in my bathroom was broken to the point of injury, nail polish, markers, and ink on all furniture, the matress old and extremely stained. The towels where stained beyond disgusting. When i went to the front dest to ask for extra they told me they did not have extra only enough for the rooms. When i showed them how bad the wash cloth was stained, magically a new wash cloth and hand towel appeared. I will never refer someone i know to stay there, and have posted on all social media how disgusting the place is. Im disappointed that your company even promotes this property.

Bed is flat and springy, dog pee in elevator and night and still there in the morning. Ice box was 46 and wouldn't get colder. The hotel was hot but a/c worked well in room.

This property is TERRIBLE!! We had holes in the bedding, what we are pretty sure was blood spatter on the ceiling, the smoke detector was covered with a plastic bag (which I'm sure is highly illegal), holes in the walls, and they don't have hairdryer on property.
