I liked the fact that adults without children were placed on a different floor from those with children. Consequently, the entire floor was extremely quiet all the time

Room was very clean and nice but one pillow smelled bad, like the pillowcase had not been changed.

I arrive and the only elevator is not working so my 8 month pregnant wife and 4yr old are booked on top floor. The unhospitable desk clerk argues with me for 15minutes about whether I, a male, can wear shorts in the pool. Im not a speedo guy so onlt option left is butt naked or swim shorts. The following day a whole new clerk stops my guests, a friend and her 5 kids at the enterance and tells them they are not allowed in the pool. We were just meeting up for our day at the aquarium and I was running behind schedule, so we decided to meet at my hotel. To top it off there isnt a single vending machine on this property. By far my worst experience EVER.

The hallway of the 4th floor smelled like there was a dead mouse and musty. The swimming pool was nice. It was my birthday and my group set in the breakfast area late at night to have pizza. The hotel staff asked if we were going to clean up our mess. Of course we were all we had was two pizza boxes.

The hotel itself is very nice. However, upon checking in we were not greeted by the desk clerk with smiles. She acted as if we were an imposition and was quite rude to us. This was the first impression we received from Tulsa. As our trip continued a different woman worked the front desk and she was very pleasant. Our check out was handled by the pleasant more professional woman and it was quick and easy. I did enjoy our stay but I would recommend that all staff should maintain a pleasant, more helpful attitude towards guests.

Wont be going back!

Pros: It was close to the highway for easy on/off access
Cons: hotel staff by far. breakfast items or selection of choices
I made the reservation online and it nowhere said handicapped accesible room nor did it tell me the location of the room. I arrived to the hotel around 3am due to a long day of traveling and I had called ahead to check in on the phone since I knew it would be very late. When I arrived the front doors to get in the lobby were locked which I applaud for security reasons but upon calling and ringing the proivded buzzer for close to 30 minutes, along with calling a sister hotel and having them call and try to get someone to answer we were standing in the cold breezeway at 3:30 am at this point upset, tired, frustrated, and frankly worried because the only reason I could imagine some hotel staff not answering the phone or buzzer for an ongoing 30-45 minutes would be they were in distress. We had already paid and checked into the room otherwise we would have left in a heartbeat. This is not acceptible for guests to have to worry about whether or not the hotel staff is going to allow them into the lobby to get a key for the already paid for room. When she finally did show up she said "sorry I was upstairs". No excuse for that amount of time , or if you require staff to do random checks etc they should have a traveling phone that leaves the desk with them. I felt this was a waste of my money.
