Parking easy & secure. Room had roaches crawling at night in the room. Coffee maker didnt have all parts to use it. Took a hr to get cable to work & not enough towels for 2 people as reservations stated. And 1 light bulb in one lamp in the room out of 5 lamps. And the noise of others & children was just terrible Windgate by Wyndham has to do better than what we had experienced for 2 nights.

The mirrors had smudges all over them, the room was clean-ish. The bathroom was dirty. The tub was half ass cleaned and tv was unwatchable. It had descriptive subtitles on and itbcouldnt be turned off and there where only 4 thinks we could even watch.

Waited 7 minutes after driving HOURS just to get to my room, roaches observed, rooms mediocre,breakfast is decent..IF UR STARVING ..basic cereal bread yogurt gravy and biscuits waffle..and i promise its LOW QUALITY 😋..my toliet DIDNT flush..a/c was cold..no homeless..price is what u get..book elsewhere and spend that extra $20..im just sayin...

DO NOT STAY HERE! Not as advertised. Apathetic staff, broken ammenities. No hot tub, no airport shuttle, broken t.v, broken phone, broken light fixtures, plugs not working AND it was soooooo absolutely filthy. The bathroom had smudges of unknown origin on the knob, by the light switch and there was lipstick on the towel rod, hair in the tub. Horrible. Smells bad, torn carpet. Ewwww. Avoid, it was terrible and stupid hotel.com did nothing to help me. Chose this place for the hot tub and the airport shuttle. Grrrr. Awful.

I had made the wrong reservation date and arrived a week earlier. I went ahead and booked a more expensive room then at the desk and stayed 2 nights. Hotel is OK but refrigerator was not working properly and 1 A/C unit was out. Thankfully it was not that hot in the evening and the other one worked fine. Water pressure not so great in my room. Now for what I am most unhappy about. When I returned home I reached out to Hotels.com and asked to cancel the upcoming dates since I would not be using them. I even explained the issue. They reached out to the hotel and they would not cancel the reservation and said it was no refundable. Well I went on to Hotels.com and acted like I wanted to reserve a room for the same nights. Funny thing it said it would be refundable. So why could I make a reservation then and it be refundable or I could cancel but they told me the one I had actually booked 2 weeks earlier was not. I am pretty sure it was because I never book without being able to cancel in case something happens. So they lied. Its not like I did not pay double for the actual stay that I had but they also wanted my additional 100 and some buck for the dates I was not coming. Very disappointed. I will stay down the street next time I am in OKC. Take screen shots when booking!
