DO NOT STAY HERE! Waited 20 minutes for someone to come to the desk to check in. Hot tub was broken that wasn't disclosed in the beginning or on the website. Walls and floors were dirty. Stains on carpet, floors, and curtains. Wi-Fi didn't work. Outlets didn't work. Bed was moist and hard. Pillows lumpy. Phone didn't work. Tape everywhere to "fix things". No ac in halls or elevator. Woke up itchy with big bites. Roach crawled out of the sink. I asked for extra towels as we used ours for the pool because there was no pool towels there; I waited 15 minutes at the desk for towels because the phone was broken. If you stay on the 2nd floor, it'll say the ice machine is on the 1st floor. That machine is out of order, so now you have to go to the 3rd or 4th floor. So now you're spending 15 minutes on a scavenger hunt at 1am looking for ice. I could go on with a novel of how awful this place is. My wife left a review on google, and the owner called me to intimate her to take her review down because it impacts his business.

This place was gross. It stunk, the TV remote didn’t work nor the phone in the room. There were shady people all around the facility. Very unsafe. Would not recommend.

Poor Security and No Customer Care

My car was broken into while staying here, and the hotel did not notify me or offer any support. They had my contact and vehicle information, and I was told by an employee that they were aware of the incident because he had reported it. They have a security vehicle on-site, but clearly, it’s not effective. No one from the hotel reached out to apologize or check on the situation. I would not recommend staying here if you value the safety of your vehicle.

Scary... first time i see security with a dog. This is not a safe place. Room was old and nasty. I got what i paid for. I wonder why so cheap. Never again. Do not stay here, especially if you have kids. Do not let the looks outside decieve you.

I checked into this establishment with somewhat disdain as realizing the actual site was nothing as pictured on the website. It was run down, my room had roaches, the freezer was so frozen over that I couldn't put hardly anything in the mini fridge,,the sheets had stains on them, the bathroom door stuck when you tried to close it and would separate when pulling it back open, my feet were black within seconds of walking across the floors without shoes, my phone wouldn't charge bc of loose outlets(and I tried several of them) The curtains had holes in them, kids ran up and doown the halls screaming all hours, and mosstly disgusting.

Never Again Wingate (Read Before You Book)

First Off they did not have the A/C on in 100 degre weather so I was sweating before I could checkin. There were a lot of hidden fees and they held money for incidentals on my card. They cancelled my airport shuttle the day of my return flight which was the only reason I considered this hotel and apparently they cancell alot of the airport shuttles once they get your money so I had to pay for a return shuttle out of pocket. My tv remote did not work. I will pay the extra for a nicer reliable hotel next time.
