My room had trash in it from prior guest staff was unhelpful. I paid for for breakfast and there wasnt any.

I liked the breakfast in the morning. Didn’t like that there is a possibility of not getting a van from airport if not scheduled 24 hours in advance 😳I did last minute reservations through Travelocity and there was no mention of 24 hours in advance airport shuttle. I wouldn’t have pick the hotel. Just disconcerting after traveling all day. The staff was get though in accommodating us . Staff was excellent. Sofa bed for kids was like sleeping on springs and sofa bed was coming apart at the seams 😳. Pool was nice but the hot tub had oily residue all on the sides that wiped off.

The hotel was good. My hotel bathroom door & floor was stained. The breakfast was good. I would have like to get in the sauna pool but lots of kids & adults were in the sauns and tracking water all in elevator. Overall everything was good.

The room was nice upon first arrival. The downside was the bathroom. Our room did not have the tub that was pictured with the room when making the reservation. There was also a large dark mold spot on the ceiling. The handle for the hot water on the sink was broken. We were tired and ready for bed because we had just gotten married that day, so we figured it wasn't a huge deal and not worth complaining about. However, we got up the next morning to shower and there was no hot water in the shower. We had a 6 am flight to catch so we didn't have time to move to another room at this point. The hotel staff didn't want to do anything to compensate for this misfortune. They said we should have told them sooner. Too bad we didn't know until we needed a shower that morning before leaving. I will not stay at this hotel again.

Only one person running check in and shuttle bus to the airport .. no on at front desk for check in for at least 20 minutes and no one at desk to check out so i left the key and had to go ..due to shuttle bus issue ..
