Didn’t get to check in on time. Our rooms weren’t quite ready. We had to wait about 30 minutes but it wasn’t bad. Room was nice and clean. Valet service was great and they were all very personable. The Grill is pricey but two blocks away is the Brook, which is awesome! Since we there to attend a concert at the BOK we didn’t check out other amenities. We were supposed to get breakfast vouchers at check in but didn’t so we had to ask about them the following morning. These vouchers were to be used at The Grill. It was supposed to be free continental breakfast with our hotel stay which still wound up costing us $20 for 3 orange juices. $5.50 a piece for maybe 4-5 oz of juice. Food wasn’t that great either. The hotel and the manager of the Grill need to figure this problem out. Was it a big deal? No, but still aggravating. The staff of the hotel was all very nice at all times.

The indoor pool has been closed but nothing posted about it while booking or when addressing unavailable amenities. When I tried to cancel my reservation to find a hotel with a pool in the area, I had kids that were looking forward to swimming after a long trip, the hotel informed me that I’d be charge in full for the room regardless. Just kinda disappointed. There were also no instructions on ordering food from room service or delivery in the area.

The stock photo of the girl by the pool is misleading, not like this pool at all. Was previously told if the temperature of the water was too cold they could turn it up but when we arrived to swim they said they could not. When we booked several days before our stay we called and asked for our rooms to be adjoining rooms. She said that would be fine and would available during our stay. When we arrived we were told all those rooms were booked and they didn’t even have two rooms next to each other (even though the group of people next to us were currently asking for adjoining rooms last minute and received just that). They gave us two rooms next to each other after we switched bed accommodations. Overall very disappointed with how that went. On a positive note it was clean and the valet was fantastic. Showers had great water pressure.
