I asked for housekeeping service for two day and my room never got done. The first time, I called guest services and told them. They told me they didn’t had housekeeping service at 6pm, I was comprehensible and I let it go. The next they I told them I needed my room to be cleaned. A gentleman at front desk told me he had me on the list and they will get it done that day. I went out and when I came back at ~10pm, my room was still not done. I travel every weekend to different states and counties and so far this has been the worse experience that I have had.

Hotel sold and dated. Looks like no updating happing and poorly maintained. Hotel entrance was dirty and rugs etc were very worn. Still has old carpet in rooms and furniture was very dated. Gym didn’t even have a mat and equipment old and dated. Poor area was terrible.

We brought our pets and the staff made us feel welcome and safe! Dale even told us the best spots to walk our dogs and let us know that if we ever felt unsafe, someone would accompany us outside. Valet staff was also super helpful!
