I placed a do not disturb, on my door and house keeping entered anyway. No breakfast, no hot tub. Too many children in the pool at once. I didn't get a refund for my last night. I got sick with covid and just wanted to go home. They charged me for a night I didn't stay.

The hotel was really nice and easy to find. The staff was friendly and courteous. We had an issue with the parking but Valene fixed it and even credited us for the expense. The rooms were clean and comfy, I just wish the refrigerator worked better. I would definitely return on my next trip.

The property was clean and the staff were very welcoming and accommodating. The one item that I would point out is the parking garage would only fit vehicles with a max height of 6 ft 6”. My husband is 6ft 3” so parking our Ford F350 could not be achieved. We had to park across the street and with being in a city we had not been before made us a bit nervous. We loved that we could bring our dog, which is important for us which is the main reason for choosing this hotel. Overall we were happy with our visit and would stay at the Hyatt in Tulsa again.

With a hotel this size there should be stand alone showers. The water pressure was so high. It filled the shower up less then 3 mins causing it to back up. Your feet was taking a bath while you were sho "?;

The downtown Tulsa area appears to be very quiet, with limited activity and sites around the hotel in the evenings/nights. One has to travel by car to other areas of the city for that.
