This was our third time staying here we always get a suite the rooms have dated wall paper , curtains , and furnishings but we love the place it’s super clean the staff is awesome especially back in 2016 when there was an earth quake I love the breakfast there our son was disappointed in the club lounge being closed .. we love coming to Tulsa to see the lights at Rema the mall and to eat at our favorite restaurant Texas de Brazil there will be more trips to Tulsa and we will definitely stay here I highly recommend this place it’s close to everything nice hotel great breakfast .and love the Aveda products bummed the hot tub was filled In I would have given 5 stars but we asked for a blanket or a comforter like 5 times for the sofa bed and all the brought up was a bed pad to use .. and it was on the 5th time .. as a manager I would have ran to target to purchase a blanket they are clearanced this time of year and pulled the tags and brought it to the room .. no biggie just letting you know that’s why the hotel didn’t get 5 stars.. we will be back probably in February

The room was not clean and sheets had bloodstains on them. We booked non smoking and room smelled like a cigarette! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone that values cleanliness.

Good Rate, Great Hotel

We booked the Renaissance through Travelocity instead of the group function and received a better rate, however we did not get breakfast passes and they did. The lobbywith the Koy pond’s is gorgeous. The circular interior architecture with the glass elevators is very impressive. Our king size bed and the linens were extremely comfortable and the clean room had both safe and a refrigerator .

Great hotel with clean spacious rooms

Overall great experience. Room was spacious and clean. Staff was great!! Only complaint is lack of adequate parking. We returned to our room Friday and Saturday night and there was no parking due to wedding guests taking all the spots...woke up in morning and lot was half empty. They need to limit parking in portion of the lot to make sure guests have it especially for price of rooms.

Beautiful hotel

Pros: Quiet
The lobby and entry are very nice. The food and service from the restaurant and bar were excellent. Would definitely stay there again.

Fair Deal - nothing exceptional

A fair stay, but after requesting an upper floor and a king size bed, I was greeted with no knowledge of which bed I'd prefer and was given a room on the second floor, next to the air conditioning machinery. We hit the bar a little late (on Friday night) and our initial bar tender was clearly ready to go home, but the other bar tender was much friendlier and very helpful with local beers, a definite plus! The service staff was prompt, the room was clean and comfortable and the lobby was nice, yet the details were slightly lacking. The ice maker didn't work on my floor, the elevators were comically slow (good thing I was on the second floor, in hindsight!) and the parking lot is slightly complicated by the dominance of valet parking, which at least for our stay was hardly in use, but forced everyone not using it to park further away than necessary.

Worst travel experience!!

When my wife and I made reservations at this hotel, we were not told on the website or on any hotel information that they would hold $* per day if you use your Visa debit card (two days would have been $*), and that funds would be refunded in 15 days!! I thought this was absured and told them to charge to my Visa credit card. I was told 'too late', they had processed it with my Visa debit! After spending an hour talking with my bank and then with the hotel manager, I demanded my money be refunded immediately. Also, I ordered Starbucks coffee and was overcharged. When I pointed this out, I was told the prices on the signs were incorrect. No refund was given immediately until I pushed the issue of being overcharged. When we checked in, the 'cowboy' who was to help us with our bags was just standing in the lobby next to the checkin stand! We had a reservation for 2 days but I immediately cancelled the second day and found a better hotel. Avoid this place completely!!

4-star price with 2-star ammenities

I was only impressed with the hotel's pool and workout areas. The high speed internet was not free, the restaurant was obscenely expensive and you could hear every door close in your corner of the hotel.
