I was worried about getting a good night’s sleep because of how many teams of kids were staying in the hotel. Daytime was very noisy, but nighttime was wonderfully quiet. The staff did a great job enforcing that.

No house keeping and you pay to keep your car parked there. Never use travelocity again. Travelocity customer support to extend the business trip was unhelpful after 3 hours on the phone. Called the hotel directly and no problem at a lower rate.

I stayed there Saturday, Sunday and Monday. Not one day was my room cleaned. There was rust in the bath tub around the drain. There was nasty spots on the carpet and even wallpaper was starting to peel off the wall behind the desk. This was the worst experience I’ve had at a four/five star hotel. I do have pictures of everything I mentioned and did tell the evening man on duty that I was going to post my experience. I want be staying at that property again.

This was our third time staying here we always get a suite the rooms have dated wall paper , curtains , and furnishings but we love the place it’s super clean the staff is awesome especially back in 2016 when there was an earth quake I love the breakfast there our son was disappointed in the club lounge being closed .. we love coming to Tulsa to see the lights at Rema the mall and to eat at our favorite restaurant Texas de Brazil there will be more trips to Tulsa and we will definitely stay here I highly recommend this place it’s close to everything nice hotel great breakfast .and love the Aveda products bummed the hot tub was filled In I would have given 5 stars but we asked for a blanket or a comforter like 5 times for the sofa bed and all the brought up was a bed pad to use .. and it was on the 5th time .. as a manager I would have ran to target to purchase a blanket they are clearanced this time of year and pulled the tags and brought it to the room .. no biggie just letting you know that’s why the hotel didn’t get 5 stars.. we will be back probably in February
