Vintage 102 – So lovely and relaxing! This 1st-floor condo offers the perfect balance—elevated enough for gorgeous ocean views but low enough to use the stairs instead of the elevator, making it ideal for families with small children. Enjoy updated decor, a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counters, and a combined dining and living area perfect for gathering. The oceanfront master bedroom features an ensuite bath and private balcony access, while a second bedroom and bath provide plenty of space for everyone. As an end unit, it boasts a side window that fills the space with natural sunlight—simply gorgeous! The condo comes fully equipped with three TVs, free WiFi, central A/C, and parking for two cars. A unique feature is the sandy area between the building and the dunes, offering a safe play space for kids away from the water. Just cross the dunes to reach the beach and ocean. As an added bonus, the owner provides a linen package along with a starter supply of soaps, detergents, and paper products. This non-smoking condo in a non-smoking building accommodates up to 8 guests, and pets are not allowed. Check-in is at 3 PM; early check-ins are not available.
